PHP- MCQ Quiz maker with timer , stats, graphic dispaly of performance of the candidate

We want a PHP based MCQ quiz maker
We have a Database bank of Multiple Choice questions (MCQ) in 14 different categories
• Each MCQ is Best of 5
• Each MCQ has one correct answer
• Each MCQ has an explanation
• In Explanation- we should be able to add Tags

Front-end
• Users can take question bank quiz by clicking on ‘Question Bank’
• Popup should show and a list of quizzes will be listed which are created from the admin backend
• Users can start the quiz and after the end of the quiz,
• Each MCQ has a timer
• The user can see graphic stats,
• The use can download their certificate.

Back-end
• Admin can create quizzes for specific categories.
• The quiz format should be the following screenshot.

• Admin can create random categories quiz
• Admin can set a timer for each quiz.
• Admin can set passing percentage for each quiz.
