PHP in Laravel - stripe -

there are 2 parts to 23hourbids.com - 1 part is for homeowners to find contractors and get bids - the other part is for contractors to give bids on home improvements.

For example -
Homeowner in zipcode 93306 posts their project - only contractors who have bought that zipcode 93306 get to see the project and bid on that job.

My problem I need to have fixed is this - Contractor logs on - sees a googlemap of his area - he chooses a zipcode and then a radius - all of the zipcodes in that radius show in a list. Contractor can buy them all or edit the list to the ones he wants. The zipcodes go into his shopping cart and he pays. This was all done before but 1 developer messed it up so I need it fixed.

Payment gateway is stripe and is already integrated.

I also want an escrow service added and some design tweaks to other pages.

We have 6 - 10 more projects to start from new for the right person.
