PHP / Laravel expert who is familiar with custom payment gateway integration

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INTEGRATION issue
We have a Laravel travel website that is custom-created. We have integrated one payment gateway (we have a full manual + a list of the files changed for this option). Until a couple of days ago testing payments were working normally but now it's not possible to test it.
Possible issue:
a) Java Script conflict
b) Server misconfiguration
The main thing is to resolve this issue so that testing can be finished.
Additional two more tasks we have with credit card payments that we will describe you (wrong confirmation URL, users doesn't receive the order email or admin about new reservation but reservation is generated in the system).
