PHP Laravel based Online Travel Agency (Rotterdam)

We have a website written in PHP / Laravel for our Online Travel Agency.
We need some changes in our website which also is connected to a database by Cpanel.
Some UI must be created for easy input of prices, availability of rooms aswell a calculator which counts the number of visitors.
Like, 1 adult who books a room might be paying 0.7x the room rate which is normally meant to booked for 2 persons. Another example is, 2 adults and 1 baby should be 2 persons while baby is for free.
To be more complex, 2 adults one baby and a child up to 12 years, might be 1,5 times the room rate. Means 2 adults counts for 1 roomprice, 0,5 is 50% discount for kid up to 12 years and the baby is free of charge. This i call a calculator shoudl be independent for each hotel. Because all these conditions will be different per hotel.
