PHP Laravel Website: Language Switcher & Affiliate System

I'm looking to enhance my website, which is geared towards showcasing company services, with a couple of key features.
1- For the language switcher, I would like to have it added to the homepage, blog pages, and any other pages , also i need make it auto switcher by reign .
note: there is a language switcher in website just need add for home page and blog pages.
2- For the affiliate system, I am open to either using a ready-made system or having you create a custom system.
Key Features:
