PHP Laravel Website Customization Expert Needed

I'm in need of a skilled developer to help modify my existing PHP Laravel website.
Tasks include:
• Design changes: Specific focus on layout modifications. I want to add new sections to my site and get rid of unnecessary elements to create a cleaner user experience.
• Functionality enhancements: I'm eager to give my website an edge with additional features. I'm open to suggestions and would love to hear about your experience implementing different functionalities on a PHP Laravel platform.
• Database modifications: I anticipate that some of the design and functionality changes will require modifications in the database. The ideal freelancer should be proficient in MySQL or similar.
Design and functionality must go hand in hand, and I need someone with a keen eye for blending the two. A background in UI/UX would be a massive plus.
