PHP Laravel Website Customization & Enhancement

Hello
I have a website which is made in PHP laravel.
I want these things on the website with its backend:-
1) From the backend we will be able to create new pages.
2) In the backend we will be able to create or place the new page under anywhere such as menu, footer. In the menu we will be able to place the new page anywhere in between the existing pages such as:- Home , about us is there and I want to place the new page between home and about us. We will be able to do that. We will also be able to create a sub menu for any page or section. In Footer we will be able to place the new page or the existing page according to our wish under any category.
3) In the New page we will be able to create any design which we have done on our website such as homepage, about us, stay page, or any other page in which we have used a design. We should have options to add according to our own wishes. For example we want to create a new page according to the homepage so I should have options or design options to add those things. If we want to create another page just like the about us then we will be able to create the page according to the design that the about us has. All the options should be there at the backend.
4) We will have the option to add buttons and we will be able to add links to them. We will also have the option to create permalink for any page according to our wish.
5) Also we will also give the option to create a blog page at the backend to create that. Image addition, content addition, link creation should be also there for each page.
6) Whatever section we create will have an editable option afterwards.
7) Gallery resize option to be given at the backend. We can swap the images between the gallery images.
8) We will be able to remove the title and also add the title. Single image option will be there at the backend for the banner. Currently in the banner part a line is coming which gives a partition for the two images on the banner. We will be able to remove that partition line and if we want we can also add that line with the two comparison images just like now.
9) We will be able to bring sections up and down just like wordpress without deleting the full thing from the backend. All pages should have this option.
10) Currently in the review section we don't have the option to add any other platforms such as booking.com or any other platform. We will be able to add stars from 0-10 at the backend for any review. Currently we don't have the option to change the stars.
11) Captcha addition in the contact us form
