PHP Laravel Project With APIs
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello, first let me start out by welcoming you to this project and go over a few simple ground rules. First this project will be paid in full once everything is working to satisfaction on my server. I have a linux based vps with almalinux, and php 8.2. All technologies used will need to be up to date and not require any upgrades for quite some time. Right now the purpose of this project is to gather your bids. In order to bid on this, you will need to send me a message with your ACTUAL bid. Please do not ask what the budget is, because this is not that kind of project. Simple message me with your bid (no need to say hello, or how are you, none of those formalities in your message), lets keep it focused on business only. First before you send me your bid i will need you to research all the features of this project and then bid accordingly.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project will be a channel manager that will integrate with airbnb, vrbo, booking.com and other short term booking platforms. It will allow the owner of short term rental properties to completely manage their listings on all platforms (listing descriptions, add/edit listings, communication with their guests, and management teams, pricing, calendar sync, etc) It will also allow an internal booking platform that hosts can use to allow guests to book the owners properties and take payments directly without use of the third party platforms that are integrated into this project.
The system will look at all of the Airbnb properties in the area and what they're currently going for in price, along with other hotels and lodging options, pricing and also look at other data like popular events in the city. The system will then self adjust everyone's pricing to be competitive whether that be higher or lower so that it determines a market value for that property.
It will allow guests to sign up for a limited number of day free trial and then have multiple pricing tiers to the owners for use of our services and website.
It will need to have the basic pages and a blog page, seo fields for all pages, permalink, ability to add pages, links, menus ui blocks, etc. the site will be implemented in a plugin type of environment to where as it expands, none of the existing code will need modified, we will simply implement new plug ins that work seamlessly with the site.
In short for the owner side, it will have all the features of these following sites, but in one nice user interface and easier to use, and easier to understand and easier for the owner to use and implement. Think "set it and forget it" ease of use.
