We are building a professional web platform based on a PHP Laravel core engine deployed on Linode.
We have acquired multiple PHP scripts covering major platform functionalities across different sectors.
The developer’s role is to integrate, reskin, optimize, and finalize the platform into a cohesive, launch-ready product.

Server Environment: Core Laravel engine is fully installed and operational on Linode VPS.

Frontend Design:
A previous ReactJS design is available for reference only regarding layout ideas and user flow.
The final design must use Bootstrap 5, creating a light, fast, and modern UI — visually inspired by Friendbook (but not a copy).
Scope of Work
Script Integration
Merge, adapt, edit and integrate functionalities from the 9 different modules for all platform required features .
Unify login systems, user roles, session management, and cross-module data flows.
Perform feature improvements, edits, and necessary rewrites to ensure seamless operation.
Redesign and re-setup database schemas as required for consistency and scalability. For missing features make the custom type.
Admin Panel Development
Either:
Build a fresh admin panel integrated within the Laravel main platform; or
Use and adapt our existing CRM (Perfex CRM) for administration, depending on suitability after early-stage review.
UI/UX Reskinning
Apply a Bootstrap 5 reskin across all modules and screens.
Deliver a lighter, modern, and professional UI/UX experience.
Maintain clean, consistent layouts, branding colors, typography, and navigation structure throughout the platform.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Full platform testing (desktop and mobile).
Fixing bugs, polishing UI glitches, ensuring smooth cross-module operations.
Mobile responsiveness must be properly handled across all major devices.
Security & Database Hardening
Apply security best practices (Laravel CSRF protections, SQL Injection prevention, proper session handling).
Optimize database structure for future scalability.
Timeline and Work Hours
Total Project Duration: 16 Weeks.
Total Work Hours:310- 360 Hours (Approximate).
Weekly Workload: 20–25 hours per week.
Payment Terms
Total Budget: $4,500 USD.
Payment Structure:
16 weekly installments ($281.25 USD per week).
Payment to be released weekly upon satisfactory completion of work for that week.
All funds must be placed into Escrow at project start for security for both parties.
Tracking:
Progress and task tracking will be maintained externally via a shared tracking document, updated weekly.
Other Requirements
The developer must:
Maintain professional code structure (Laravel MVC best practices).
Communicate proactively — Weekly updates and demos/screenshots.
Ensure full mobile-first responsiveness across the platform.
Use the guidance ReactJS design loosely only — must create a lighter, faster UI.
Deliver a fully functional, secure, and polished system ready for public launch.
Assist lightly with pre-launch live server transfer/setup (if needed).
