PHP Laravel Migration on to new code

We want to migrate our existing system which is on PHP version 7.2 and Laravel version no 5.3 to PHP version 9.0 and Laravel version 8.0. All the migration breakages need to be fixed and the codes need to be cleaned up so as to make the system light. we will work alongside to help with functional requirements of the code
