PHP/ Laravel Marketplace with design and SEO content

I have a code for PHP/Laravel/Rest API for 16 pages Car Marketplace and I need a team of developers/designers/ graphics person/ SEO expert/ writer to launch my Marketplace on Oct 5. Yes. there are 13 days only.. So I am creative.. Created PRD/ requirements document, presentation, video so you know what we have. I need to select someone in 36 hours..
Needs:
1) Take over code of marketplace in php/laravel/ ...
2) UI/UX design to go with the code.. new
3) SEO content or web copy as needed.. Onpage SEO
4) Launch with bug fixes/ improvements
5) 6 months support for 30 hours/ month needs
Your cost is not important until I ask you / share a video with you.
