PHP Laravel Javascript Node Developer

I have a php script that connects my database to a messaging API, not frontend. Triggers make the received messages be saved to DB and send back pre set replies. I have 2 versions of it. One month old backup with 200 lines of code, at most, very well organized. I also have a more recent version, 400 lines of code, not organized. I need someone to help me organize them. As I am a former developer a understand the logic well and I will not even wasting the freelancer time sending the full 400 lines of code. I will give him the clean version, and cut/send the functions from the larger file that I need to implement, so he can easily understand what I need and implement his own code, under my supervision. CHECK M PROFILE, I have been here since 2007. I am looking to start a long term relationship, and this task will be a good start, if communications are good during development. There is no use of Node but as the 3rd part API uses it, I think its a good plus for the listed skills.
