PHP Laravel Gallery Backend Setup

Hello im looking to hire a 2nd backend developer to help out with the work load.
The Front end is already built react js and php laravel has already started and completed for some of the other features.
I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO MAKE THE GALLERY FEATURE DYNAMIC WITH PHP LARAVEL.
Again this project has already started and the php laravel code has already been setup.
I can provide long term work for the right person.
