PHP Laravel - Fully working - Design contest website

I am looking for a PHP Laravel developer to create a fully working design contest website. The website will have generally the following functionality:
- User registration and login
- Design submission and voting
- Winner selection and payment processing
The client has provided general design guidelines for the user interface. The ideal candidate should have experience in PHP Laravel development and be able to create a visually appealing and user-friendly design.
The client anticipates running more than 10 design contests on the website, so the ideal candidate should be able to build a scalable and efficient system to handle a large number of contests.
