PHP, Laravel & Extension Expertise

I'm in need of a developer with a strong background in PHP, Laravel, and custom extension development. The project will require comprehensive work on both the front and back ends, including seamless database integration.

I am looking for a developer who can make some changes in my chrome extension.
What my extension does is, it redirects the user from a specific website to another website, for example,
if you set redirection to "game.com" and from "youtube.com" then whenever you open youtube.com it will redirect to game.com
Now i have a admin panel in which i can see which users are using my extension, that is they have to enter their name before getting into extension and then that name comes in my admin panel.

What i want to add -
I want you to add that whenever a user is redirect, it shall highlight that particular username or the row in my php& laravel admin panel.
