PHP Laravel Existing Project modification

I am looking to post a project on freelancer, and the task involves making substantial modifications to an existing database. Specifically, I need to add a new column as a foreign key in 39 tables and accordingly modify the queries to accommodate this new column. Additionally, I require updates to the login query to align it with the database changes.
