Laravel Developer for CRM Project
We are a product-based company seeking a qualified Laravel Developer to design and code functional programs and applications, with a focus on integrating CRM for our WhatsApp platform. You will work both as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision, contributing to building robust applications that streamline customer interactions through WhatsApp and calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and translate them into application features, with a focus on WhatsApp-CRM integration.
Design creative prototypes and develop applications according to the specifications provided.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable source code to develop complete applications within deadlines.
Perform unit and integration testing before launch to ensure flawless functionality.
Conduct functional and non-functional testing, ensuring the seamless handling of customer data from WhatsApp interactions.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring smooth integration between CRM and WhatsApp Business API.
Evaluate existing applications and add new features or update as needed, particularly in the CRM and WhatsApp interaction areas.
Develop technical documentation and handbooks to accurately represent the application design, code, and integration processes.
Requirements:
Documentation needed
Minimum 2 years of experience in Laravel, with hands-on experience in integrating third-party APIs, especially CRM systems and WhatsApp Business API.
Proven experience as an Application Developer with an emphasis on building scalable, secure applications.
Experience in designing and building applications, preferably those involving CRM systems and customer communication channels.
In-depth knowledge of programming for various operating systems and platforms using development tools.
Excellent understanding of software design, API integration, and programming principles.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
Strong time-management skills, capable of meeting project deadlines.
Education: BTech/MTech; BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be appreciated.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with WhatsApp Business API integration.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and how to tailor them for specific business needs.
Knowledge of security best practices, especially in handling customer data from WhatsApp and other communication channels.
