PHP/Laravel Developer Needed for Small Project

We’re looking for an experienced PHP & Laravel developer to help us with a feature update on our game website: https://balajiaviator.in
What we need:
Create 3 forms on the user side (frontend).
These forms will collect user input and need to be submitted to the backend.
On the admin side, we need a section to view and confirm these form entries (basic CRUD).
Clean, secure code and a responsive layout are expected.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of PHP and Laravel (latest version preferred).
Experience with building user/admin interfaces.
Familiarity with game or betting-style websites is a plus (not mandatory).
