PHP Laravel Developer Needed

We have developed an Android App on Flutter. We have made its 4 Panels, (Customer and Delivery Boy Panel on Android) and (Admin and Merchant Panel on Web using Laravel PHP).
We purchased this code online. We want merchant's exact location like street number, latitude and longitude should be fetched on Google map). Merchant panel code is developed in php. We want a same merchant panel section should be placed in Admin panel also.
We want you to add some other fields in the admin panel which are there in merchant panel and make it functional with other panels.)
You will have to connect all the panels on our Google Firebase account and connect all of the panels in our Google Maps API also. All of them should be working.
