PHP LARAVEL FLUTTER EXPERIENCED DEVELOPER PERMANENT HOURLY

I need an experienced PHP (Laravel) developer to upgrade my existing application by adding new features and enabling their use on flutter

Features to add on a marketplace website:
- Redirecting to Correct Version (Language & Currency) of the website by User IP (Using Cloudflare DNS)
- Saving Debit Cards
- Upgrading existing Stripe Checkout to use saved cards
- Meta Tags on Category pages, Brand pages, Vendor Shop pages
- Switching to Pretty URLs
- Adding shipping by country

- Implementation of Google Distance Matrix API
- Adding Postcode API's on homepage, vendor backend page
- Adding a searchable custom field on vendor backend page

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel
- Experience with user authentication, payment gateways, and API integration
- Prior work on upgrading existing Flutter applications
