PHP & Javascript Bug Fix: Form Issue

Help with a large project using procedureal PHP with Javascript, JSON and AJAX. The program consists of a custom ordering system that has several phases. As phases pass, users gain/loose the ability to edit form fields. At present, there is an error with the javascript that does this. The program consists of thousands of lines of code, mostly in PHP and around 50 files. Ideal candidate will be required to use GitHub and sign a non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.
