PHP JQuery Programmer to get a Google Doc function

I am looking for a programmer to fix a function for an existing WordPress plugin that links to google docs. The problem is in the iframe. The user can not get the link for a H1,H2 etc header from a Google Doc. The preferred fix is a live URL bar within the iframe like how a browser works.  Basically: Need a way to display the URL in an iframe in order to copy the link.
