PHP Issue - Array Elements Disappearing

Basically the script is getting a list of files from an FTP server and then sort it in the order as seen in the foreach loop. Unfortunately, after the sorting of the array, elements start to disappear aka the array is smaller after the loop.
Please only bid on this project if you're a senior php developer, all prefab written offers will be ignored, at least try to pretend you've read the project description :P
