PHP/HTML Code Needed for Webpage Content -- 2

I need to have dynamic data -active earthquakes listed on our website via HTML Code that I can drop into Weebly Website Builder myself. I have tried to use code found when I "inspected pages" however the data does not seem to update so I am in need of someone with understands it better. I need this quickly.
