PHP Full stack dev required

I need PHP dev with good experience in mysql, ajax asynchronous calling and javascript.
Task:
1) Build a php function script to import web_accounts_list.json data into a mysql table.
2) Use php and ajax/ javascript to make URL call to each row in the database, using the check_uri column as URL location.
3) Use asynchronous ajax to make the URL request. present the response (either 200 or 404) in a browser, as the responses return.
