PHP Full-Stack Developer with video/audio file processing experience

We are looking for an expert PHP developer with deep knowledge in processing audio and video files using FFmpeg.
This project is to write a function/class to perform two essential functions:
- Split a video file (mp4) into separate video and audio files using FFmpeg
- Join a video and audio into a stream, adding a textual overlay to the video using the FFmpeg 'draw text' function
The textual overlay needs to be added to the stream as the video is being watched. The text will be parsed into the function as a variable. Logic is required to float the text to random coordinates in the video stream on a timed cycle.
