PHP Freelancer for many projects

I need a PHP expert freelancer for many projects. I have around 57 small tasks and tweaks to be made in various websites. I pay fixed price creating new milestone for any new task. Prices vary between $5 and $15 each task. Not looking for team of coders, I need stand alone freelancer with good skills, friendly and very serious that I can trust for long term work relationship.
