PHP Form with Payment Gateway
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I want 1 simple PHP registration form with Instamojo payment gateway
For form fields and UI (Logo & Color, Layout etc...) same as this link --> https://blogsb.org/cme/
1) Simple Admin Panel (Login & Logout feature) to view entries & export entries to excel
2) Store form entries only after successful payment
3) Display form entries saved in the database in the data table with Payment Status.
4) An email notification to the admin email about successful registration with form data.
5) First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number (Allow only 10 digits minimum or maximum), and KMC Registration Number are mandatory fields
6) Mobile Number fields Unique field (no repeated entries)
7) Proper error Messages should display below the fields.
8) Save entries into the database only after successful payment.
