PHP Form Design for my woocommerce site (must integrate authorize.net account)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a PHP developer to create a form for my customers to check out with ease. The form must be able to accept credit card payments through my authorize.net account.
I have a woocommerce subscription and would prefer a way to integrate the two. If not, im open to ideas of how to accomplish this.
I created a jotform form to simulate how this check out form needs to exist. You can copy it verbatim and I would be overjoyed. ( I would keep jotform but they want way more than what it is worth for a monthly fee. I'm looking for a one time form purchase with all the right coding)
This form also needs to send out an invoice after payment confirmation and keep a log of customer data for my online store. My website sells a service, so there are no product pictures. Again, if you can replicate what jotform can do, without the monthly fee, that's what Im looking for!
