PHP Fix spamassassin spamscore

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in PHP and system admin. I have got a problem with my PHP because I am testing on the spam email to try to increase the spamscore. When I mark the email as a spam, it will not increase the spamscore for the spam emails. I have set the command in the cron job to get the spamassassin to be updated but it did not get updated:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/sa-learn -p ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs --spam ~/mail/*/*/.INBOX.spam/{cur,new
I want you to have a look on my PHP script and test it on your end to see if there is any problem with my PHP script, see if there is a problem with the command on cron job or if there is a problem with my server software. Will pay $40 if you get the problem fixed. Thanks for your interest.
