PHP Filament v3 Help

Hi I need someone to help me with a Filament Project.
I have a multi dimensional array (as json in the DB, casted to array). Now I need a nested Filament component to edit this array and store it back to the database.
The array looks like:
[ '1' => ['D' => '4'],
'2' => 'NO FIT',
'61' => ['BT' => 'R', 'BS' => 'R', 'BC' => 'R', 'BF' => 'R'],
'62' => ['BY' => 'R'] ]
The keys and values always differ but the levels do not change.
