PHP Expert for help troubleshooting/rebuilding custom wordpress paypal payment plugin

We are looking for somebody to help us troubleshoot and possibly rebuild a paypal payment solution using paypal standard api. We currently have a plugin built but it is a total mess. We are looking to get the code cleaned up and fix the errors.
The plugin was built for WordPress using PHP. The woo commerce hooks are not coded properly and there is some bugs. The old developer made a total mess out of the code and we need to get it cleaned up. We are hoping to find somebody who can help with this today.
