PHP Developer for Web Application

I need assistance in creating web based project. Like i need assistance in user management enabling disabling , session and cookie management, pdf document downloading and uploading, in php also need help in db structure , All in short just need assistance I will create everything by myself and most of the things already been created by myself just need senior advise and some assistance
