PHP Developer for Long Term Project

Seeking PHP developer available during US working hours (Eastern Time Zone). This will start as a part time opportunity (20 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition to full time depending on performance. The developer selected will be working on an existing legacy project that does not leverage much in terms of PHP frameworks and is mostly pure PHP. Understanding of PHP, HTML, JS, CSS are critical. Some portions of the site leverage jQuery and Bootstrap.
