PHP Developer for Financial Transaction Feature and withdrawal request management

I am in need of a PHP Developer who can integrate a withdrawal feature in my existing hospital management software. The purpose of this feature is to streamline financial transactions related to patient billing. Following are the key functionalities required:
- Auto deduction: Funds should automatically deduct from patient accounts upon withdrawal.
- User review: The system should provide an interface where users can review and manage all their withdrawal transactions.
- Digital wallet: I am also interested in the creation of digital wallets for vendors and customers. This would require the ability to send and receive funds between wallets.
