PHP & JS Developer for Custom Map Implementation

I need a skilled PHP, JS, and Bootstrap developer who can create two pages for me. The first page will be based on Mapbox and should offer zoom in/out functionality. The second page will be used for adding new pins to the map dataset. Here's what I'm looking for in each page:
- **Mapbox Page**
- Implement zoom in/out functionality.
- **Add New Pins Page**
- Allow users to add new pins by typing the beginning of an address, which will then be automatically found using the Mapbox Geocoding API.
- Display an overlay with basic info about the new pin.
