PHP Developer Needed to Build Custom Offer Tracking System (With Postback Handling)

Hey freelancers!
I’m looking for a solid PHP developer to help me build a central offer tracking system. This will act as a lightweight version of BeMob/Voluum — something I fully own and control, where I can manage links from different advertisers and track conversions securely.
This system is not a full app — I just need a backend tool to:
Key Features I Need:
Click Tracker (track.php):
Accepts parameters like ref, offer, source, etc.
Logs each click in a MySQL database
Stores: referrer ID, timestamp, IP, offer name, user agent, etc.
Redirects to the advertiser’s offer link with dynamic params (like click_id)
Postback Receiver (postback.php):
A universal postback URL like:

Stores the conversion data in the database
Maps conversion to the original click via click_id
Basic Admin Panel (Optional but nice to have):
View clicks and conversions per user/offer

Requirements:
Core PHP (no frameworks needed unless you prefer Laravel)
MySQL
Clean and secure coding (anti-spam, input filtering, etc.)
Basic understanding of affiliate tracking / postbacks
Should work across multiple advertisers (Paripesa, 1Win, etc.)
Timeline:
3 to 5 days for MVP
More improvements (like API access or dashboards) later
Budget:
Reasonable offers welcome.
