PHP Developer Needed

I need to hire a freelance PHP developer to work on my site. It's built on the Codeigniter framework. The URL is https://writeeveryday.app/
Here is what I need done:
Fix cronjobs. There used to be daily tasks that ran automatically in Jenkins. It's now broken and I need it up and running again. It sends automated emails and updates users profiles. Plus, it used to be connected to Github. It doesn't have to be Jenkins. As long as the daily jobs run.
Install social media login.
Update the subscription model. Right now the app forces the user to subscribe after 30 days. I'd like to change it to a freemium model. This would mean that the site is free but restricts users to writing 250 words per day unless they pay to subscribe. It's hooked up with Stripe for payments.
