PHP CI Developer

I'm looking for an experienced PHP CI developer to build modules and sub modules for a project I'm working on. I prefer that the developer have experience with the CodeIgniter framework. The project should be completed in 3 months or less. The main functionality I'm looking to have developed is user authentication, authorization, data management, filed integration and so on.
