PHP Developed eCommerce website update

Background
We have a custom developed ecommerce website we want to do some bug fixes and add some services to it. The PHP website was developed 3 years ago. We have it re-installed on alowavejp.com. We discover some bugs we want to be cleared and we will users to be able to engage each other for various professional services.
The raw source code (uninstalled version) can be found in our public_html directory. The site will be re-installed on other hosting account so the main source files at the root directory must be updated for any changes made. Please do this constantly once you make any changes, so as to keep track of everything. In addition, we have created an google excel file to track changes made and files affected, we will share this with you.
Attached is a document that explains jobs to be done and also an attachment that has the forms we have created.
