PHP Developed Website for Virtual Membership, Meetings and Library with Android and IOS APP

We need a php developer to develop a website, which will have provision for integration for mobile app for android and ios in its 2nd phase. The website will enable lawyers and law firms to host meetings online with their clients and/or even their team. It will be similar to running an online law frm so they can serve customers globally.
The website will enable lawyers and law firms to run their law firm online globally, through a software as a service platform. They will be able to host meetings online with their clients and/or even their team members generally or by department. At the meetings, they can show data and cases virtually to everyone, but for a client, once you leave the meeting, you don’t see the information anymore.
The website will have a case management menu to enable the law firms store cases online, each of them will scan and upload their cases independently or we do that at a fee. To make accessing law cases and information easy, it will be integrated to various websites, databases and mobile app. We will pay for some of them, customers pay for some through us and others are free.
The law firms or lawyers will have to subscribe to a plan and make payment monthly/quarterly/annually through card, bank transfer etc with various payment options (we have some php developed site already integrated with them and we can share the script with you for easy integration). Bulk SMS notification will also be integrated for them to get email and sms where necessary for events and meetings, which admin can set which sms will be sent at backend, using ediarosms.com sms gateway.
