PHP and Database work

we have a site similar to freelancer and we want to updation. but our site is design contest based.

---ADMIN PANEL---

(1). Convert this code in latest php version & latest database version
Design Category is not adding through admin panel after 6th or 7th category.
(2). We want to Search email by username and name in admin - designer side and client side
(3). Show the password of all users (Designers / Clients)
(4). Add mailing system from admin panel to designers or clients with mailer. for single or all designers. clients (use mailchimp or mailgun etc...)
(5). Search project/Job by contest title name

---Frontend----
(1). profile pic not uploaded - designer and client side
(2). pics and files folder images - we want to keep in other server.
(3). winning design is not open in other page like designer's logo.
(4). Is there anything else you would like to communicate to the designers? - multiple textbox replace with html editor
(5). designer username link redirect to profile - design-preview page
(6). repeating notification on designer side by client.
(7). Show all designs in contests after contest closed.
(8). Preloader is not work properly
(9). Online/offline status
