PHP Crawler with Captcha Integration

I'm in need of a PHP expert who can develop a web crawler that can handle GeeTest captchas and extract public data information.
We need to automate the search in this site:

Using some of the form fields (screenshot1), we need the numbers listed in the results (screenshot3).
We use the anti-captcha.com API to solve the captcha (api-key provided)
