PHP Codeigniter - Changes to Webapp to add additional Pages and MySQL interaction

We have an existing solution (Rise CRM - https://rise.fairsketch.com/documentation)
Requirement is for a PHP Codeigniter expert to:

TASK1:
a) Create a new webpage, extending the controller from Security_Controller
b) Incorporate the demo project for the following JS library (https://github.com/jerosoler/Drawflow) to display on the newly created page
c) Create a new table in the MySQL database and modify existing export function for project in (c) above write to database and read /load data back to web page
d) Change Route for default application page to newly created page
e) Provide a change log for any changes made to existing application code.

TASK 2:
a) Create a new page with extended security controller as above
b) Incorporate the following PHP library: https://github.com/PHPOffice/PhpSpreadsheet
c) Create MySQL table to write data from this new page and read back data from database to display in same format as per Excel (attached)
d) Provide a change log for any changes made to existing application code.

Please provide pricing for these tasks separately.
