PHP Codeigniter Bug fix

My app has a bug: The page should originally show the setting dashboard but now is turning to blank page. It affects several accounts. My goal is fixing the bug so all affected account will have the setting interface show up again and also knowing what is causing the problem and make the change for preventing this happen again.
