I need to optimize and improve my existing WooCommerce PHP code to handle product imports from three different suppliers, each with their own function and product prefix. The main requirements are:

- Import only the product with the highest price and delete duplicates along with their images.

3. **Out-of-Stock Product Management**:
- Delete out-of-stock products and their images from the store.

4. **Delivery Time Marking**:
- Add delivery time marking for products from specific suppliers.

5. **Code Optimization**:
- Improve code performance and stability to avoid timeout errors during manual execution.
- Clean up unnecessary spaces and comments in the code.

6. **Logging**:
- Create a log file to record only successes and failures for monitoring purposes.

7. **Category Addition**:
- Add product categories from suppliers that were previously missing. From xls is ready to mutch
