PHP CORE Developer - Add Blog Section

Hi All,
We are looking for a PHP CORE Developer who can add a blog section the current website.
It must be easy for the team to add new blogs regularly via back-end.
It needs to be user-friendly. Preferably a "copy & paste" for our team when adding new blog.
We do not want to code etc. it must be a setup frame structure for adding new blogs.
The website is designed and functions well already. We only want to add blog section.
Objective is for our team to be self sufficient without needing to waste time with adding new blogs and no coding involved.
