PHP Back-End Developer (Web Scraping, Dashboard development)

A PHP back-end developer is needed for participation in several projects. One of the projects is partially finished and has legacy code transferred from the other project.
Required skills and experience:
- web scraping of high-complexity and large amounts of data
- experience of work with email distribution, understanding of requirements of the emails deliverability
- development of dashboards
- Payment gateway connection
- front-end skills (Jquery + css3 + bootstrap 4) are desirable but not mandatory
