PHP AES+GZIP file IO

I am looking for a PHP developer who can implement AES encryption and GZIP compression for file IO. The purpose of the file IO is both encrypting/compressing and decrypting/decompressing files. I am open to any method of implementation, so the developer can choose the most suitable approach. However, the desired level of security for the encryption is high.
