PERFEX CRM | CODEIGNITER | PHP | REPORT WRITING

I have a PERFEX CRM project developed on the CODEIGNITER framework with customized forms and reports already completed in my LIVE server. I require a new report to be done and added to my application with three different drop down filter boxes olets say customers , products and vehicles , and must also have a date selection option for today , yesterday , this week , this month , this year and custom dates to then fetch the data and produce a report to view on screen and be able to print the report to the system default printer , save as PDF and or export to excel or CSV functionality with customized header and footer detail with page numbering etc. on the actual report. This need to be a clean and crisp clear and smart laid out report with serious attention to detail on presentation. I am looking for a developer that is able to produce this report for me as required that will need to be integrated into the existing live project after testing.
